Frequently Asked Questions

1. What's the average tyre lifespan recommended at Metro Tyres?

Most car tyres last 3 to 5 years or between 40,000 and 60,000 km, depending on driving habits and road conditions. Two-wheeler tyres typically need replacement sooner. Metro Tyres in Kalyan Ambarnath Road can assess your current set during a routine visit.

2. Does Metro Tyres handle tyre fitment on the spot?

Yes, on-the-spot fitment is standard at most tyre dealerships. Metro Tyres can fit purchased tyres during the same visit, though waiting times depend on customer load at the time. Calling ahead helps secure a quicker slot.

3. Which vehicles does Metro Tyres serve tyres for?

The dealership typically serves passenger cars, SUVs, and two-wheelers commonly used in Ulhasnagar. For commercial vehicles, trucks, or specialty tyres, calling ahead is essential to confirm whether the required size and load rating are in stock.

4. Which tyre brands are available at Metro Tyres?

Brand availability varies by stock and demand. Metro Tyres typically stocks tyres from leading manufacturers serving the Indian market, including options across price tiers. For specific brand and size availability — for example MRF, CEAT, Apollo, JK, Bridgestone, or Michelin — calling the dealership directly is the most reliable way to confirm before visiting.

5. What kind of warranty applies to tyres from Metro Tyres?

Standard tyre warranties cover manufacturing defects and are issued by the brand, not the dealership. The coverage period varies — typically between 3 and 5 years. Metro Tyres in Kalyan Ambarnath Road can help customers understand the warranty terms applicable to the specific brand and model being purchased.
