Frequently Asked Questions

1. Should I book ahead before visiting Shakti Tyres in Bhetapara Road?

A prior call is recommended when looking for specific tyre brands or sizes, or when fitment needs to happen within a tight time window. For general enquiries and routine work, walk-ins are usually fine.

2. Does Shakti Tyres offer any discounts or seasonal deals?

Promotions and discounts vary through the year and often depend on brand-led offers from manufacturers. Shakti Tyres in Bhetapara Road can share any current deals; a quick phone enquiry will clarify what's available at the time of purchase.

3. How do warranty claims work for tyres purchased at Shakti Tyres?

Warranty claims for manufacturing defects are processed through the tyre brand's authorised service network. Shakti Tyres can guide customers on the documentation needed and may help facilitate claims for tyres bought from the shop. Regular wear, road damage, and improper inflation are not covered.

4. Does Shakti Tyres accept UPI and card payments?

Digital payment acceptance has become standard across most tyre dealerships. Shakti Tyres typically accepts UPI and card payments alongside cash, though confirming this during the phone call is a good idea before visiting.

5. When is the right time to replace tyres at Shakti Tyres?

Tyres should be replaced when tread depth approaches the wear indicator, when sidewalls show cracks, or after roughly 4 to 5 years even with light usage. For drivers in Guwahati, road conditions and seasonal heat can affect tyre life. A walk-in inspection at Shakti Tyres will confirm whether a replacement is due or whether the existing set has more life left.
