Frequently Asked Questions

1. How are tyre prices at Tirupati Tyres compared to chain outlets?

Independent and franchise dealerships like Tirupati Tyres typically offer competitive pricing, often comparable to or slightly below large chain outlets — though pricing varies by brand, size, and current promotions. Getting a direct quote over the phone helps with comparison shopping.

2. What kind of warranty applies to tyres from Tirupati Tyres?

Standard tyre warranties cover manufacturing defects and are issued by the brand, not the dealership. The coverage period varies — typically between 3 and 5 years. Tirupati Tyres in Pongumoodu can help customers understand the warranty terms applicable to the specific brand and model being purchased.

3. What payment options are accepted at Tirupati Tyres?

Most tyre dealerships in Thiruvananthapuram accept cash along with common digital payment modes — UPI, debit and credit cards, and online transfers. Tirupati Tyres can confirm the exact payment options accepted; it's worth asking during the booking call, especially for higher-value purchases.

4. When is the right time to replace tyres at Tirupati Tyres?

Tyres should be replaced when tread depth approaches the wear indicator, when sidewalls show cracks, or after roughly 4 to 5 years even with light usage. For drivers in Thiruvananthapuram, road conditions and seasonal heat can affect tyre life. A walk-in inspection at Tirupati Tyres will confirm whether a replacement is due or whether the existing set has more life left.

5. Does Tirupati Tyres stock branded tyres?

Yes, the dealership generally carries tyres from established Indian and international brands. Exact brand-model availability depends on current stock. Customers in Pongumoodu are encouraged to call ahead and confirm whether the specific brand and size they need is on hand.
